Week 3

So this is my first run of week three of the "couch to 5k" plan. Run 90seconds walk 90 seconds, run 3 min, walk 3 min and repeat. . . i thought this was going to be much more difficult than it was. The three minutes wasn't easy but it wasn't overly hard either. So YAY!!!! So far not feeling bad, can definitely feel it in my muscles, they are sore at the end of the day. But that is to be expected and nothing out of the ordinary, or overly painful. So it appears all is going well, I hope all the beginnings of the future weeks go as well as this one did.
